What we collect

When you request a quote or book an estimate, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email, property address, project details, and — if you use the map estimator — the fence outline you draw. That drawing exists so we can prepare your real quote before we arrive.

Website analytics

If you allow website analytics in Privacy choices, we use Google Analytics and our visit records to understand which pages and tools visitors use. If you separately allow advertising measurement, we may store advertising click identifiers and send request events to configured Google measurement tools. Google ad personalization remains off, and Meta measurement is not enabled. Optional measurement stays off until you record a choice and is disabled on our testing site, private customer pages and in owner editing mode. Request forms work regardless of these choices.

Where your information lives

We use Netlify Forms to receive website requests and Firebase to organize project records and website content. We use your submitted contact and project details to review the request and follow up with you. Google Maps processes map interactions under Google’s own privacy information. After a request is received, this browser may temporarily retain its name, phone number, email and address to fill in a linked visit request. This contact prefill is valid for up to two hours for that project; starting another project clears the carry. Details you type take precedence. Drafts and failed-send recovery may also remain in this browser until cleared. The prefill does not add your contact details to booking links or analytics events.

Financing

Financing applications are handled by the financing provider. Review that provider’s terms and privacy information before submitting financial details. Use our website request form for contact and project information.

Your choices

Use Privacy choices to change optional measurement at any time. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Turning off advertising measurement clears saved advertising identifiers and pending measurement events in this browser; essential project details and failed-send recovery remain available. A changed choice does not delete information already received by us or a measurement provider. Contact us to request access, corrections or deletion of your project information. We will review the request and explain the next step. This site is for homeowners and businesses; it is not directed at children under 13.
