The installation crew
“Our fence looks terrific! The crew was super professional and polite, all of them!”
National franchises, established fence companies, and owner-operators all build fences here. The differences are structural — who measures, who builds, and who picks up the phone in year three. Here's the honest breakdown, including when we're not your best fit.
| National franchise | Established fence co. | Ghareeb Fencing Solutions | |
|---|---|---|---|
| How you get a price | Book a sales appointment; a rep visits and quotes | Call for an estimate, or type your dimensions into a form | Trace your yard on satellite for an instant range, or the owner walks it — your pick |
| Who measures your yard | A salesperson | An estimator | The person who will build it |
| Who builds it | A crew or subcontractor you meet on build day | Company crews | The owner and his crew — same faces from quote to walkthrough |
| Who answers in year 3 | The office, then the process | The office | The builder's own phone |
| Posts & foundation | Varies by crew | Concrete-set | Driven galvanized steel, 2½″, 48″ down — a foot below the 36″ frost line, no concrete in clay. Type, diameter and depth on the quote. |
| When it's done | Crew leaves when the fence is up | Final invoice | You and the owner walk every foot; magnet sweep; you sign off when it's right |
| Warranty honored by | The franchise system | The company | The person who built it, for 3 years, in writing |
If you've set your heart on a composite system like Trex, a franchise dealer stocks it and we don't — go get it there with our blessing. If you need a mile of commercial fence around an industrial campus on a six-week clock, a high-volume shop with multiple crews will serve you better. And if you want the absolute lowest number regardless of what's under the ground, someone will always dig a shallower hole for less. We build fences for people who plan to still like their fence in year fifteen.
Every fence company in Toledo will tell you about quality and craftsmanship — those words are free. What can't be faked is structure: when the same person quotes your fence, builds your fence, and warranties your fence, there's no gap for your project to fall into. Nobody re-explains anything, nobody disputes what was promised, and there is exactly one name responsible for the whole thing. That isn't a slogan; it's just a smaller, more accountable way to run a fence company.
