A good fence starts with clear decisions. Here is how we move from your first idea to installation, with a customer portal to keep your project information close at hand.
01Plan your fence
Start with your goals: privacy, pets, pool access or a new look. Explore materials and sketch an initial layout online, or request an on-site estimate. Online measurements and prices are planning tools; our team reviews the site and scope.
02Compare a written proposal
Review the fence style, height, gates, removal and installation scope. Ask about the differences between options before choosing. Your project portal gives you a place to review the information our team shares.
03Confirm the details
Agree on the final scope, price and payment terms before installation. Discuss property lines, HOA requirements and any permits that apply to your project. Responsibility for each approval should be clear in your agreement.
04Prepare for installation
Confirm access, pets, landscaping and any removal work with our team. Coordinate utility marking and required approvals before digging. We confirm scheduling with you; weather and site conditions can affect dates.
05Stay in touch during the work
Use your portal to ask questions and review shared project information, files and photos. Discuss any requested change with our team before it becomes part of the work. Check the portal for schedule information when available.
06Review the finished fence
Walk through the fence and gates with our team, discuss care and address any outstanding questions. Review your remaining balance and keep the project records shared in your portal for future reference.
Before your fence installation
What should I have ready for an estimate?
Tell us the purpose of your fence, materials you like, approximate layout, desired height and number of gates. Photos and a property survey, if you have one, help us discuss the site. Let us know about old fencing, slopes and tight access.
Can I get an exact price from the online planner?
The planner provides an initial layout and planning range. A final written proposal depends on reviewed measurements, materials, gates, removal and site conditions.
How do permits and property lines get handled?
Requirements depend on your municipality, property and project. Discuss permits, HOA approval, boundary information and responsibility for approvals with our team before work begins. A map sketch does not establish a legal property boundary.
How do I check my project or make a payment?
Open the customer portal and sign in using the details requested on the login screen. Review your shared project and available balance there. If you cannot find your job number or need help, call (419) 214-2107.
