Open Positions
Crew Lead
Pay: Based on experience · Full-time, year-round
- 3+ years of fence install experience
- Comfortable reading site plans and running a 2-3 person crew
- Valid driver's license, clean record
- Owns or comfortable with hand tools (we supply power tools)
Fence Installer
Pay: $20-28/hr based on experience · Full-time
- 1+ year of fence or general construction experience
- Comfortable with post-hole digging, leveling, and basic carpentry
- Reliable, on-time, takes pride in finished work
- Driver's license preferred
Helper / Apprentice
Pay: $16-20/hr to start · Full-time, will train
- No fence experience required — we train
- Willing to learn, willing to work hard outside year-round
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and good attitude
