Terms of Use
Short version: online estimates are honest ballparks, your real quote comes from the owner, and we stand behind our work in writing.
Online estimates are estimates
The instant quote tool produces a good-faith price range from the fence you trace and current material pricing. It is not a binding offer. Your firm, written quote comes after the owner confirms measurements and site conditions — and that written quote is the number we honor.
Property lines
Parcel boundaries shown on the map come from county GIS records and are for planning only; they are not a legal survey. You are responsible for confirming your boundary — and if there's any doubt, we'll tell you plainly that a survey is the right move before we build.
Our workmanship warranty
Our 3-year workmanship warranty covers all installed fence components. Wood material is not covered unless it was defective when installed. Vinyl and aluminum materials are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s written warranty. Your written proposal identifies the products and warranty terms for your project.
Using this site
The content, photos, and tools on this site belong to Ghareeb Fencing Solutions. You're welcome to use the site to plan your project; please don't scrape it, misrepresent it, or use it to spam us — the quote forms are for genuine inquiries.
The legal bits
This site is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made solely on online estimates or mapped boundaries before a site visit. These terms are governed by Ohio law. If we update them, the new version applies from the day it's posted here.
