No mystery, no disappearing contractor. Here's exactly what happens between your first click and the final walkthrough — and how long each step takes.
Trace your fence online for an instant range, or the owner walks the property with you. Either way you get a firm written number — measured to the foot, itemized, no "starting at" games. It's valid, and it's the number we honor.
We call Ohio 811 before every dig. Within a few days the utility companies paint their lines in your yard. Those little flags mean your gas, power, and water are located before a single hole goes in. Never let anyone dig without them.
Toledo and most suburbs require a simple fence permit. We handle the paperwork and the fee is in your quote — you never stand in a municipal line. Typical turnaround is under two weeks.
The crew arrives with your materials cut-listed and your layout staked. Posts go in the way your soil calls for — driven galvanized steel four feet down in clay, or a concrete-set 4×6 in sand. Rails and panels follow, gates get hung and adjusted last. Most residential fences finish in a single day; big or complex yards take two.
Before we call it done, you and the owner walk every foot together. Gates swing and latch right, lines are straight, the yard is clean — magnet-swept for hardware, old fence hauled away if that's in your scope. You sign off when it's right, not before.
Our 3-year workmanship warranty covers all installed fence components. Wood material is not covered unless it was defective when installed. Vinyl and aluminum materials are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s written warranty. Your written proposal identifies the products and warranty terms for your project. Contact us if you notice an issue so we can review it with you.
