Fence permits in Raisinville Township

Section 3.20 requires Building Official approval of fence construction and alterations. The department currently directs permit applicants to mail or drop off applications at 96 Ida-Maybee Road; it says faxed and emailed permits are not accepted.

What the official guidance says

For boundary fences next to residential uses or districts, section 3.20 sets a 6-foot maximum and a 3-foot maximum in the required front yard. It also regulates ornamental designs and materials. Fences must remain outside the road right-of-way. Ask the department to review the layout, proposed material and any pool-barrier requirements together.
